If you are using our Felt Nine-Pointed Star Puzzle Craft Kits for group activities, you will want extra felt squares to work on. Otherwise the felt will slide around on the table and be hard to work with.
A single pack of felt stars can serve up to five young kids (older kids will want more extra pieces each). If you buy both color packs, that’s up to ten kids, so you will want these extra felt workspaces.
You can go to a fabric store any get a 1×2 yard piece for about $10, or you can buy extra pieces from me. I now have black, ROYAL blue, and TEAL blue (see second picture). They are all 18×18″, so if you want bigger or different colors, feel free. But if you want convenient, buy them here. It will cost about the same.
NOTE: the new TEAL blue is close to the same color as one of the star felt colors, but it does make a beautiful background color if you want a variety of options. It is not available when you buy the star pieces themselves.
They are shipped folded, so you might need to iron them, or lay them flat for a day before using them.
Note, you have to put one color into your cart at a time. (For example, put two blue in your cart, and then put 3 black in your cart, rather than trying to do both at the same time.)

The felt squares are substantial, and affordable. I ordered the color blue, because they are a bright layer on which to create designs.
