40 Core Products

Hidden Words and Gift of Prayers
Hidden Words and Gift of Prayers

Karen wanted to change the focus of our “Featured Items” page to reflect our core products – the ones that people come to us for, year after year.
This, of course, raised the question of exactly what are our “core products?” They aren’t just the ones that make us the most money, they are the ones that lots of people order, time and again.

So after devising a complex formula, combining total sales and number of individual orders placed in the last 24 months, we came up with a list of forty items that Baha’is can’t seem to live without.

There were, of course, the obvious ones, like The Hidden Words and A Gift of Prayers. (Followed by A Pocketful of Pearls.)

And there were the ones that we knew were popular, but you might not expect – like our cookies cutters and stamps (newly remade in pink, and at an even lower price), or our redesigned Burial Rings.

Finally, there were items we never would have realized were best-sellers before doing the analysis- things like our temporary tattoo assortment.

Courage Is Needed Dragon T in Maroon

We were also surprised to discover that in the last two years, our Courage Is Needed Dragon T-shirt passed our World Citizen shirt as the most popular (though World CitizenOne Planet, One People Please, and Illumine My heart were not far behind).

Assorted Baha’i Teaching Cards

In some cases, we replaced a series of popular items, like our teaching cards or buttons, with an assortment of the same things. (House of WorshipBaha’is BelieveHealing Prayer and Refresh & Gladden were the most popular.)

All-in all, we were pleased to find at least one super-popular thing from most categories.

Some of our newer products did surprisingly well, considering they haven’t been around for the two years of our analysis.
