The back explains the importance of making praise specific and offers sample phrases that you can practice using to make your words of encouragement more effective.
Give these to friends, parents, teachers, coworkers, and bosses, but keep one for yourself as a reminder of “Ways to Praise the People You Love.” It includes a short quotation by Abdu’l-Baha, but is secular enough to be used in schools and offices.
