This slogan was the winner of our Interfaith Resources T-Shirt slogan contest.
It was inspired by a beloved quotation that was the basis of a lovely children’s song:
“Strive that your actions day by day may be beautiful prayers.”
The phrasing on the shirt turns it into a kind of a blessing, which reminded me of the Irish blessing “May the road rise up to meet you.” This inspired me to use the font “celtic” and to use a traditional celtic pattern for the background.
But then I started having fun with it and created a completely different design using the same message. The Red, Royal and Heather Purple shirts use a swirl with the words over the heart instead of the celtic circle. Choose the color to match the design you prefer.
May you feel blessed every time you wear it, and may you be a blessing for everyone you meet by making each of your actions a beautiful prayer.
