Happy Hummingbirds grace our newest Ayyam-i-ha card. It is designed by Joe Paczkowski, and is based on his popular Hummingbird Silk Scarf design (which makes a great Ayyam-i-Ha gift).
Instead of specific dates for Ayyam-i-Ha, it says this on the top inside panel:
The Ayyám-i-Há holiday is a time of charity, gift-giving and celebration. It is 4-5 days at the end of February and beginning of March. It falls between the 18th and 19th months of the Bahá’í calendar.
“It behoveth the people of Bahá, throughout these days, to provide good cheer for themselves, their kindred and,
beyond them, the poor and needy, and with joy and exultation to hail and glorify their Lord, to sing His praise and magnify His Name….” – Bahá’u’lláh
This leaves the entire bottom panel for a personal message.
5×7″ glossy card comes with matching colored envelopes for a festive flair. Exact envelope colors may vary.
We still have our Star Ayyam-i-Ha cards that match our door flags. And you might as well order our Naw Ruz card at the same time.
