The Hidden Words of Baha’u’llah contains the essence of all revealed religious teaching. It is probably the single most-popular Baha’i book of all time. But it can’t uplift and inspire anyone if the type is too small for people to read. Our pocket edition is printed in 9-point type, which is pretty easy for most people to read, but as the Baha’i Community ages, our eyesight is fading. This large-print edition is page-for-page virtually identical to our pocket edition, but is printed in 16-point type on cream paper to make it much easier to read. Both older and younger readers will appreciate this, as will people reading out loud in public, where squinting is sub-optimal.
Just like our pocket edition, it includes an invitation at the beginning, two pages of prayers, the Tablet of the True Seeker, a tablet on the purpose of creation and the station of the Manifestations, “Be generous in prosperity,” a brief description of Baha’u’llah, and a list of Baha’i principles. This makes it a great “one-stop” introduction to the Baha’i Faith – almost all of it in the words of Baha’u’llah Himself.
