FAMILY is very important to kids, so using the idea of family to promote the principle of oneness is a great way to spread the concept. It doesn’t hurt that the clever design is inspired by Robert Indiana’s LOVE design, so there is also a subconscious connection to love.
I’m really excited about being able to redesign the logo so that it now uses the color of the shirt as one of the design elements. So on the red shirt, the “1” is the color of the shirt, and on the blue shirt, the “R” is the color of the shirt coming through. The black shirt uses skin-tone colors to make an even stronger statement. The use of the shirt color highlights the clever use negative space, and also lets the design breathe when you wear it.
The design coordinates with several other products so that you can use it for events and family festivals. We have flags to decorate your display, stickers and buttons to give away, temporary tattoos to attract the children, and new teaching cards with a portion of a short prayer for oneness you can give away. All of these items are appropriate for a wide range of events and communities.
