There is a 1.5″ hem at the top and 3/4″ hem at the bottom to slide a dowel rod through for hanging. If you don’t have a garden flag stand, you can do what I did –
1) cut a white plastic clothes hanger so you can slide the flag onto it.
2) tape the cut back together, and wrap the hanger with our matching holiday ribbon
3) add a bow at the top, and hang it up!
