I attend a book club at our local library. Through the 10+ years I have been a member, the librarian who coordinates and leads the group has gone over and above her responsibilities. During our COVID isolation, she provided a Zoom link so we could continue to discuss the books. Currently, she provides refreshments and tactfully handles disruptive attendees. I ordered the book bag as an individual initiative and everyone gratefully chipped in to cover the costs. She loves the bag! And I loved that it arrived so quickly.
